WebFor open source, Longhorn and Rook-Ceph would be good options, but Longhorn is too green and unreliable, while Rook-Ceph is probably a bit too heavy for such a small cluster and its performance is not great. I would personally not recommend Rook-Ceph, I have had a lot of issues with it. Another option is using a local path CSI provider.
