The fans are spinning, so I know it's installed correctly. When I try to use onboard graphics, the display works. Changing the main display from onboard to PCI express in the bios doesn't fix the problem. WebSep 2, 2024 · Fast fan spin was fixed by resitting the CPU into the socket and re-applying fresh paste.
