WebJan 8, 2024 · Received an incredibly damaged piece of furniture from wayfair a few weeks ago. We uploaded pictures through their return process and received a full refund. We were told to wait 2 weeks and we would either receive return shipping instructions or disposal instructions but have heard nothing 2 weeks later. WebDamaged or Defective Items.
